We all know that cooking can be a total drag. It can be mundane, boring and if you are like most — you are often feeling uninspired when it comes to your meals. This struggle is real. I personally find it easier in the summer because we can gather all the fresh produce from our garden, indulge in local, fresh foods and eat those lighter summer meals in the sunshine and warmth.
